United StatesStylish. Look and feel suit commuting well. I do like the straps and retention system, but I'm still not used to the buckle mechanism. The magnet is secure, but after decades of using an "in & out" mechanism on all of my road bike helmets, the sliding mechanism for this just doesn't feel intuitive for me at all, as well as lining both sides up feels awkward to me, even after a month of consistent use. Not a knock on the design, just personal preference and what I'm used to I suppose. The only real issue I have with the helmet is the little pop-out door for running a u-lock through. It's a bit loose and has a hard time staying in place. I can't tell sometimes if it pops out while I'm riding; I'll probably have to find a way to plug it permanently closed since I'll likely never use it. Overall, nice helmet and I like it.
United StatesThe helmet looked awkward on me sand I sent Customer Care pics asking for their advice. They never responded. Now it’s past the return date. This is frustrating. I was expecting better customer service or at least a response.
