Very Poorly Executed Visor

i bought the navy helmet with the "tortoise shell visor", unfortunately what i received is nothing like what is advertised on the website, and nothing like a tortoise shell design. It is just vertical straight painted stripes on a tan visor. I contacted customer service to get a replacement visor, which matches what is on the website, but they have not responded to me. I really am so disappointed.

I have three different visors now so I can change visors with my mood. Great colors.

Excellent design, well made and fabulous “value added” helmet accessory. I bought the first for a Thousand helmet I own and the second for an older one I own.
