Terms of Service

Thousand, INC advises you to review the following basic rules that govern the use of our Site (the “Agreement”). Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by this Agreement.

Usage Restrictions

All of the content that appears on the Thousand INC website, including all visuals, text, audio and video clips are subject to copyright protections and /or other intellectual property rights or licenses held by Thousand INC. The entire content of the Thousand, INC web site is copyrighted as a collective work under U.S. copyright laws. Thousand, INC grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of the content on this website. Content of the Thousand, INC website is intended solely for the personal, noncommercial use by the users of our Site.

Correction of Site Errors

The information on the Thousand, INC website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to update any information we see fit at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors may relate to product information, pricing and availability. In these instances, we shall have the right to terminate any orders involving pricing errors or inaccuracies. We apologize for any inconveniences.

Product

Although Thousand, INC has made every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible, the displayed colors of the products depend upon the monitor of the user, and Thousand, INC cannot guarantee that the user's monitor will accurately portray the actual colors of the products. Each Thousand is crafted using products of nature and the product you receive may differ in color and grain pattern from images found on our website.

Orders

All products ordered are for personal use and gifting only. They must not be resold in any form or any place; Thousand, INC reserves the right to take legal action against unauthorized and unofficial sale of goods.

Thousand, INC reserves the right to refuse any order. In such a case, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and refund you any payment in full.

Shipping

Any shipping and handling fees assessed at the time of purchase only apply to the first shipment of goods. If your product is returned to us, whether intentionally or through the carrier's inability to deliver to your address, Thousand, INC will assess additional shipping and handling fees for each delivery attempt you request. These fees are based on fluctuating carrier rates and may be greater than initial shipping and handling fees assessed for your order. If you choose to forfeit your product, the cost of the product will be returned to you. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an attempt to ship your product has been made.

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Thousand, INC. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Thousand, INC delivers these items to the carrier.

We are able to ship domestically and / or internationally to P.O./APO/FPO boxes.

Addresses and personal information must be submitted using only characters found in the English alphabet. Addresses or names containing international characters are invalid. If an order contains such characters, we will attempt to contact you to supply a valid name and / or address.

Telephone numbers must be supplied at the time of purchase for all orders.

Shipments to the US and Canada are sent via the United States Postal Service. For deliveries to other parts of the world we use a variety of carriers and, often times, a combination of carriers. If you require specific information about how your shipment will be delivered, contact info@explorethousand.com.

Requests to use a specific carrier should be sent to info@explorethousand.com and, due to the nature of our product, may not be possible.

We will attempt to deliver your product as quickly as possible. In the US and Canada, this is most often within five business days. If you require expedited shipping, contact us at info@explorethousand.com. Please note that expedited delivery will incur additional fees.

Duty, VAT and Other Fees

Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by many countries. Check your local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs and other fees. Thousand, INC holds no responsibility for any fees levied.

Thousand, INC will not reduce the declared value of goods in order to circumvent the customs regulations in place by any governing body. Similarly, Thousand, INC will not split shipment of a singular order in order to lessen the duty, VAT, or other import fees for which the buyer is responsible.

Warranty

We are dedicated to delivering the highest quality products.Thousand helmets have a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of original purchase (or as otherwise required by local law) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage caused by impact, improper use, accident, negligence, abuse, improper maintenance, improper fit, normal wear and tear, modifications, failure to follow the instruction outlined in the user manual, or damage due to heat or contact with chemicals.

If your Thousand helmet is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, within one (1) year from the date or purchase, Thousand will have the option of either repairing or replacing the helmet, free of charge, as the sole remedy under this limited warranty.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and no person or representative is authorized to modify this limited warranty or to assume any liability on behalf of Thousand INC.

Any obligations under any warranty shall be limited, to the greatest extent allowed by law, as provided in this limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

We currently accept PayPal, Apple Wallet and most major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

Thousand Mobile Message Service Terms and Conditions

The Thousand mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Thousand (“Thousand”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Your consent to receive autodialed marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

If you have opted in, the Service provides updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.) as well as promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders) from Thousand via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies.

To opt out, text the single keyword command STOP to (844) 631-0091. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. If you have subscribed to other Thousand mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
