Thousand began as dream just over three years ago and I couldn't have imagined that we would end up where we are today. When I see our helmets on the streets, it reminds me why we started Thousand – to transform the way people think about safety. When I read your stories, it inspires me to do more.
Over the past 3 years, we’ve grown our team, launched new products, and gotten into stores around the world, but we’ve never lost sight of our mission to keep you safe. That’s why we’re announcing our Accident Replacement Policy. If you’re ever in an accident while wearing your Thousand helmet, please let us know. We’ll replace your damaged lid for free so you can get right back to cycling.

Thousand offers free replacement with a helmet from a collection of equal or lesser value of the original purchase. For a replacement helmet from a higher priced collection, customer can pay the difference between the new helmet and the original purchase.
