United StatesI thought this would be a great helmet to use with my bike around town. I like the fact that it was MIPS and inexpensive What I don’t like is the whistling noise. There is wind noise. I have owned many helmets and never encountered this wind noise. I am trying to return it within the 30 days and the company says I have to pay $10 restocking fee.
FranceVery disappointed with this product. Firstly, the lamp included with the helmet is defective. Customer service was supposed to send me a replacement, but they cancelled the shipment due to a stock shortage (even though it is available for purchase on the website...). Additionally, the helmet's attachment cover is already broken after only three uses. I am not at all satisfied with the quality of the product, especially given the price.
